New Medicare changes for 2025
In 2025 a new payment option is available to help you manage your out0of-pocket drug costs by spreading them across the calendar year. (January-December)
The Part A hospital deductible for 2025 is $1,676. After 60 days the daily amount is $419 per day. After 90 days the daily amount is $838. Skilled Nursing Facility Coinsurance: $209.50 Days 21-100
The Part B annual medical deductible is $257
Medicare Part B monthly premium is $185
Part D deductible may be 0-$545
Coverage Gap is eliminated. Yearly out-of-pocket drug costs are capped at $2,000. Once it's reached there is no copay for the rest of the year.
